Made-To-Order: How It Works
These rings are made to order and set with a sapphire chosen especially for you. Below is a simple guide to the process from choosing your design to receiving your finished ring.

​1. CHOOSE YOUR RING DESIGN

Browse the collection and select the design that feels right.

2. SELECT YOUR METAL & RING SIZE
​
Choose your preferred metal and ring size when placing your order. Don’t worry about getting the size exactly right - we offer one complimentary resize up to four sizes up or down.
3. ​PLACE YOUR ORDER
​
Once your order is placed, the making process can start. We’ll also begin preparing a selection of sapphires for you to choose from.
4. CHOOSE YOUR SAPPHIRE
​
We’ll contact you to discuss your preferred sapphire colour and send videos of stones available in your chosen shade. You can then select the one you love most. If we don’t have the right stone in stock, we’ll source one especially for you.
5. YOUR RING IS MADE
​
Your ring will then be carefully made and set with your chosen sapphire. Once it’s finished, we’ll send you a video of the completed ring and arrange a suitable delivery day. The whole process takes 5-7 weeks from order to delivery.
6. DELIVERY
​
Your ring will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, an insured next-day service.
7. COMPLIMENTARY RESIZING
​
If the ring needs adjusting once it arrives, we offer one complimentary resize to ensure the perfect fit. See our resizing policy for more details.
