SHIPPING POLICY
​Engagement rings and wedding rings will be presented in a luxury branded ring box with protective sleeve.

Please note that unless marked 'RTS' (Ready to Ship), solid gold pieces are made to order & they will be delivered in 4-6 weeks.

Delivery within the UK is free and the items will be sent via Royal Mail's Special Delivery service, which is insured.
​
International delivery costs £70 and delivery times will vary depending on region.

RETURN POLICY
If you are not happy with your jewellery or you have received a faulty item, you can exchange it or get a full refund.
Please get in contact within 14 days of receiving your order provided the item is unworn, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. After getting in touch, please return the item within 14 days. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the goods back, as long as they are in perfect, unworn condition.

Unfortunately, earrings are excluded due to hygene reasons, and cannot be returned.

Please note Kiya Corrales Jewellery does not refund postage and packaging charges, or any tax and duties payable outside of the UK.

It is advised that items are sent back using an insured courier, as they are the purchaser's responsibility until they are received by the seller.
Please note that bespoke and customised items are non refundable.

WARRANTY
Solid gold items including engagement rings come with a 2 year warranty, if you are having issues with your item within 2 years of purchase please get in touch.
This warranty excludes accidental damage, normal wear and tear, and damage from alterations made by third parties.
The item will need to be inspected to determine whether the issue is covered by the warranty. If it does, the item will be repaired at no additional cost.
