SILVER & GOLD VERMEIL JEWELLERY

All jewellery items will be presented in a beautiful branded black box with organza ribbon.

All UK orders (excluding gold vermeil rings):

All International orders (excluding gold vermeil rings):

International orders will be dispatched in 1-5 working days using a tracked service and cost £15.
Delivery times will vary depending on region.

Additional information:

Gold vermeil rings will take up to 5 additional working days as they are made and then plated to order.

Tracking numbers will be sent via email once the order has been dispatched.

ENGAGEMENT RINGS & WEDDING RINGS

Engagement rings and wedding rings will be presented in a luxury branded ring box with protective sleeve.

Please note that unless marked 'RTS' (Ready to Ship), solid gold pieces are made to order & they may take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Delivery within the UK is free and the items will be sent via Royal Mail's Special Delivery service, which is insured.

International delivery costs £45 and delivery times will vary depending on region.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not happy with your jewellery or you have received a faulty item, you can exchange it or get a full refund.

Please get in contact within 7 days of receiving your order provided the item is unworn, in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

Please note Kiya Corrales Jewellery does not refund postage and packaging charges, or any tax and duties payable outside of the UK.

Bespoke and customised items are non refundable.
