Packaging
Engagement rings and wedding rings are presented in a luxury branded ring box with a protective outer sleeve, ready for gifting or for a proposal.
All orders are packaged discreetly for delivery.
Delivery
UK delivery is free via Royal Mail Special Delivery, an insured next-day service.
We currently ship within the UK only.
Resizing
We offer one complimentary resize within three sizes up or down to help achieve the perfect fit.
​We recommend choosing the closest possible size when ordering where you can. If you’re unsure, an estimate is completely fine - most people don’t know the exact size.

Customers are responsible for return postage.
Returns
If you change your mind, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn and in their original condition.

Returns should be sent using an insured courier, as responsibility remains with the customer until the item is received.
​
Bespoke or customised pieces are non-returnable.
Warranty
All rings come with a 2 year warranty covering manufacturing faults. If a fault occurs within this time, the ring will be repaired free of charge.

Jewellery naturally experiences wear over time. While this isn’t covered under warranty, we’re always happy help where possible.
​
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, general wear and tear, or alterations carried out by third parties.
Maintenance & Care
We recommend removing your ring during heavy work, sport, or gardening.
Over time, all jewellery benefits from occasional professional cleaning and checks to ensure stones remain secure.
Production Time
Made to order:
Each ring is made specially for you. Please allow 5–7 weeks for production.

Ready to ship:
These rings are already made and will be dispatched within 2–4 working days using an insured next-day delivery service.
If resizing is required, please allow an additional 2–3 weeks.
